 How Imagination Coaching works?

The non-linear artistic process helps you to ‘see’ what you cannot verbalise. The images call on your creative capacities to address your challenges rather than simply think about them. The images can support the process of communicating and exploring feelings in ways you may not have done previously and free you from self-imposed limitations.

Our creative workshop offers you a unique opportunity to slow down and take time to experiment in a safe environment combining the visual language of drawing/collage with the future-looking and positive intent of Life Coaching.

What are the benefits of developing Imagination in business?

Imagination is a powerful solvent of emotions, preventing individuals to freeze up under the challenges, for instance, of technology advances. Business needs creative leaders aligned to their authentic self, able to speak up and free from one-way-street of thinking. AI is not strong in novelty, human beings are.

Are there any artistic abilities required?

No artistic abilities are required. Art will be used as a means of personal expression to communicate feelings, rather than aiming at products to be judged by external standards. This means of expression is available to everyone, not just the artistically gifted.

 What's the session format?

• Recognize - grow your self-awareness, release self-judgment (saboteur management)
• Reflect - raise your awareness of where you are in the journey
• Reimagine - play with the future by forward framing
• Respond - shifting from knowing to experimentation

What to expect:

There will be 1 main artistic exercise, with each drawing being shared within the group for discovery. You will be invited to share your experience and to receive feedback from the group.

You will keep all your drawings/collage as tangible, visible, and memorable artifacts of your experience.

How we will work together? What will our alliance look like?:

• Confidentiality, what’s said in the room stays in the room.
• No judgment, no fixing, no assumptions.
• Be comfortable, be intuitive. Let your body to drive the drawing, the mind will catch up.
• Invitation to "stay with" - draw over, stand back, draw more, give time for things to emerge.
• Disposal of the artefacts – you shouldn’t get rid of your drawings, every drawing requires care.

Is any preparation required by the participants?

No preparation is required, it will be all managed within the session

 What are the workshop space requirements?

A dedicated and quiet room suitable for art making and coaching.
