WRONSKI Financial Wellbeing – Collaboration

The collaboration is triggered by seeing more and more of my clients reviewing their life goals driven by financial issues which place Financial Wellbeing as a top priority in this environment.

How many times have you tried a new career path, a new diet, or change your habits and yet nothing feels like it’s working out? Even though you’ve tried countless different options, you still end up feeling stuck. Almost everyone has experienced this frustrating feeling, regardless of their background, their current situation, or their goals. No matter what the particulars are of your life, the bottom line is that most individuals can benefit from having a life coach.

While others diligently follow the same convoluted path, people with the strategic mindset are constantly looking for a more efficient route forwards.

We need to be on the constant lookout for ways to improve. Genius may be one percent inspiration and 99% perspiration, but with some strategic thinking, we can save ourselves a lot of blood, sweat and tears.

Our Value is our Values

⭐“OUR VALUE IS THE SUM OF OUR VALUES – Joe Batten”⭐

What’s so important about living our values at work? It’s about our PROFESSIONAL PRIDE.

How aligned are your core values in your day to day work? Here some questions for you to reflect on …

🗝️Values aren’t selected and we don’t choose them, our values simply reveal themselves to us through our actions:

What is working well?
What makes you feel proud?
What is your definition of success?
What do you contribute that is unique?
What special knowledge do you have?
What is your biggest goal? What is exciting about it?
What/Who are you grateful for?
What emotions do you feel right now?
What are you avoiding to achieve your goals?
What are the 3 things that would make the biggest difference in your life right now?

I am very curious to hear your thoughts and I invite you to share.

Saboteur: Go Away!

⭐“It is hard to know why we work harder than we have to just to feel okay about ourselves”⭐

Saboteur, Impostor Syndrome, Inner Critic, Gremlins … there are many names to name our Limiting Beliefs. They stand in our way to Be the Professionals We Are Meant To Be. We all experience the Saboteur in our career, no exception. Does any of these represent you right now?

-Never good enough?
-Slow decisions ?
-Workaholic ?
-Micromanaging?
-Always worrying?
-Shying away from job opportunities
-Training is never enough
-No need for help. I can handle it!
-Low Confidence after a setback
-Not trying new things
-Hard to speak up

CHALLENGE YOUR LIMITING BELIEFS, THEY ARE NOT YOUR IDENTITY !

The simplest and most effective way is to raise our self-awareness by:

1. Simply acknowledging the Saboteur, he doesn’t like to be under the spotlights
2. Talking about it with someone
3. Personifying the Saboteur, give it a name, a job to do or a place to go

This will take pressure off yourself. More resources at #Saboteur

“NO” is a complete sentence

⭐”The quality of your NO is the quality of your YES”⭐

I came across a webinar from psychiatrist http://www.drjudithorloff.com talking about Sensory overload by introverts and empaths.
She pointed out that setting Boundaries is a key skill alongside learning that “NO is a COMPLETE SENTENCE”.

Striking examples and useful toolkit are provided on her website, highly recommended if your energies are drained by others or your environment.
