The objective of this exercise is to experience an alternative and creative way to set personal goals for the period ahead in the form of a book. The instructions are very simple:
Step 1: This of your future journey as a book. Let you mind wander and write things down as they come to mind in a creative way with metaphors for instance
Step 2: Draw an open book and list the headings for each chapter for the months ahead on the right hand side
Step 2: Write the title of the book after completing all chapters
